Event Overview
Affectionate love, bland love, illusory love, faded love, lost love, ubiquitous love, corrupted love, unrequited love...
In this 50-minute independent animation short film screening, you will witness various shapes and looks of love, be stroked by love, be showered by love, maybe relaxing through out, maybe feeling tensed at times, possibly encounter a twinge in the nose, or suddenly receive an urge to speak out your thoughts.
Animation as a vehicle of message could carry artistic energy far more than most can imagine. We welcome every curious and romantic soul in Newyork who’d like to get a little bit of extra love on an animated Friday night.

Curator and Speaker: Youyang Yu

Independent animation director, curator and educator. Graduated from the Royal College of Art, London in 2016, co-founder of the independent animation festival “Feinaki Beijing Animation Week”.
